Elizabeth Jane Hurley (born Elizabeth Jane Hurley) is an English model, actor and model who was a former Hugh Grant girlfriend. She gained fame in the mid 1990s. The time that Grant became the focus of media attention due to his worldwide film's box office success, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Hurley accompanied Grant in the black plunged Versace gown held together with silver safety pins. The actress gained immediate media exposure. Hurley's association to Estee Lauder, a cosmetics manufacturer, has been regarded as the pinnacle of her professional life. They offered Hurley her first modeling opportunity when she was just 29. They have used her as a model for its cosmetics, specifically perfumes like Sensuous Intuition as well as Pleasures since 1995. The most famous of her roles is her character, Vanessa Kensington, in the popular spy-films International Man of Mystery (2007) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). The song quickly stirred debate as some critics accused its promotion of same-sex relationships as well as others argued that the sexually explicit scene the song depicted sparked the fantasies of males about sexuality among females. I Kissed a Girl, the combination of excitement with a sophisticated melody, helped I Kissed a Girl to be a top-rated hit in a variety of countries, and to drive sales of her 2008 album One of the Boys. Hot N Cold, Perry's bouncy and sharply-tongued album with the song that was its second biggest hit proved popular. The album Perry wrote by herself sold more than 3 million copies.
