Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actor and singer. She's best known as a theatre actress and for her role as Chelsea Daniels from the Disney channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol was born in Holland, and was based in Holland for the last time after. She is a Dutch American performer, actor and singer with an accent that is distinctly Dutch accent.
